Overview
About this trip
Bali is known for its rice terraces, temples, spiritual culture and beautiful beaches. This trip combines inland Ubud with the beach life of Seminyak.
Why go
Ubud is Bali's cultural heart, surrounded by rice terraces, forests and temples. Seminyak and the south coast offer beach clubs, sunsets, cliff-top temples and great restaurants. Together they give a full picture of the island.
How the trip runs
The trip starts in Ubud with the Tegallalang rice terraces, the Sacred Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace. You then move to Seminyak, with an evening at Uluwatu temple for the Kecak fire dance and a seafood dinner on Jimbaran beach.
Good to know
Wear a sarong at temples (usually provided). April to October is the dry season; November to March brings tropical rain.
